Congratulations to Andy Good (8950), who had a very successful weekend in Aberdeen with the England Men’s 40s (Masters O40s) hockey team beating Wales, Ireland and Scotland to win the 2026 Home Nations tournament.

The tournament was held between the 8–10 May 2026, at the Gordonians Hockey Club and Robert Gordons College.

• England 4-0 Scotland: England started with a strong win against the hosts.
• England 4-3 Ireland: England secured a narrow victory against Ireland.
• England vs. Wales: England confirmed their top spot to win the tournament with a strong finish in their final game.

Andy who is Head of Hockey at Elizabeth College, is part of the coaching team for the Masters O40s having coached the England Women’s 40s Hockey team to victory at the World Masters Hockey European Championships. He also acted as assistant coach to the England Women's 40s at the Masters World Cup in South Africa, where they finished fourth.
