Dead Donkey Club Film Night

The Dead Donkey Club enjoyed getting together at the Fermain Valley Hotel for their annual Film Night outing.

A delicious meal was served in the Ocean restaurant followed by a viewing of "Quartet" in the private cinema.  The film is set in a home for retired musicians, where the annual concert to celebrate Verdi's birthday is disrupted by the arrival of Maggie Smith's character, an eternal diva and the former wife of one of the residents.  The Donkeys decided that they would all enjoy living in this retirement home!

Alan Cross admirably filled Geoff Dorey's shoes, stepping in to deputise for the absent Donkey-in-Chief.
