OEA Treasurer Notes

Who's Who
James Legg
James Legg

In December 2019 I was appointed to the OEA LBG Board as Honorary Treasurer and the appointment was approved at the OEA Annual General Meeting in May 2020.

Having attended the Junior School in the mid 90’s I ended my school career in the UK before returning to Guernsey after University in 2011. I joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (‘PwC’) as an Audit Associate and spent four years with the company, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute for Chartered Accounts of England and Wales (‘ICAEW’).

After my time with PwC I did 18 months of contracting with an eGaming company, Randall’s Brewery and finally Schroders (C.I.) Limited where the contract turned into a full time position. I am now the Financial Controller for the Channel Islands.

I am married with two young children, Harry and Georgie and when time allows enjoy playing golf, watching almost any sport that’s on! And of course eating great food and drinking wine.
