Race at Your Pace Challenge

The fourth of our Community Challenges, bringing the Elizabeth College family together, asks you to dust off your running shoes in a Race at Your Pace Challenge.

Running is a fantastic way to gain a sense of achievement and regular exercise can help you to look and feel great. We particularly want to inspire our community to get moving safely so we have chosen distances for all year groups.

Download a free exercise tracking app such as the Nike Running Club App and have a go. Participation is the focus of this challenge not speed, always exercise within your limits.

Simply record the time that it takes to complete the distance and return by email to dcosten@elizbethcollege.gg by Wednesday 13 May. In return you will receive an electronic EC community medal.

Happy running!

Send your entry to dcosten@elizabethcollege.gg
